Sellers on ZenLuxe are physical shops and online store businesses who sell pre-loved items in Japan.
Many of them are long-established Japanese retailers with years of experience in luxury resale.
OUR SELLER STANDARDS
Only carefully selected sellers are allowed to list their items on the ZenLuxe marketplace.
Our selection process considers authenticity, quality, reliability, responsiveness as well as other factors.
Our team continuously monitors seller performance and product listings, especially from newly added sellers, to maintain marketplace standards.
If a seller no longer meets the criteria set during the selection process, their access to the platform may be reconsidered.
