OUR RETURN POLICY

ZenLuxe offers a 30-day return and refund guarantee, starting from the day you receive your package.

Return
conditions may vary depending on the reason.

Please contact ZenLuxe Customer Support before returning any item. Do not return any item without first receiving instructions and approval. 

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Most items purchased on ZenLuxe are eligible for return under our 30-day guarantee.

However,
exceptions may apply in the following cases:

 

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered​

  • Items missing original tags or packaging

RETURN CONDTIONS

Return conditions may vary depending on the reason for the return. To be eligible for any return, items must be in their original condition and tags must remain attached.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you’ve had a change of heart, you’re can return your item. Just note that return shipping isn’t covered in this case.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives with a defect or damage, please send us a photo proof. Once approved, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund after inspection.

NOT AUTHENTIC ITEMS

If an item is confirmed to be counterfeit, we'll cover return shipping and provide a full refund. Authenticity will be verified before the refund is processed.

REFUNDED AMOUNT

If your return is approved, you'll receive a full refundWe don’t charge any restocking fees.

Please note that due to
daily currency fluctuations, the amount returned in your local currency might be slightly different from what you originally paid.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once processed, it may take 3–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

INCORRECT OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong item, please contact ZenLuxe Customer Support right away and include photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll arrange the return and
make sure you receive the correct item or a full refund.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we’re unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply request a return for your original order and place a new one separately.
