HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE
The seller first ships the item to the ZenLuxe warehouse in Osaka. Some sellers may take longer than others, especially if they have multiple stores across Japan.

ORDERING ITEMS FROM MULTIPLE SELLERS
Items ordered from multiple sellers under one order number will be automatically combined into a single international shipment from ZenLuxe.
Items ordered separately with different order numbers will be shipped separately.
HOW SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED
Standard shipping with Japan Post EMS is free worldwide.
For Express shipping, the fee shown on your cart page is an estimate based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.
This estimate is the final amount you'll be charged at checkout. There are no additional shipping fees.
CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES, & DUTIES
Customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.
In some countries (such as Australia, Switzerland, and others) we are required to collect VAT at checkout. If applicable, the VAT amount will be clearly displayed before you complete your order, so you won’t be charged again upon delivery.

If your package is held at customs, the carrier may be able to provide more information. In most cases, if any action is required from you, the carrier will contact you directly.
