Our selection process considers authenticity, quality, reliability, responsiveness as well as other factors.
We also regularly monitor listings, especially those from new sellers, to maintain high standards and trust in order to protect you as our customer.
SELLER VERIFICATION
All sellers on ZenLuxe are carefully selected and legally bound to list only genuine, authentic items.
Many of our sellers are long-established Japanese retailers with years of experience in luxury resale.
OUR AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEES
We stand by the authenticity of every item on ZenLuxe.
If an item is ever found to be inauthentic, you're eligible for a full refund, including return shipping, under our 30-day return policy.
To qualify, please ensure all original tags remain attached.
WHO VERIFIES THE ITEMS
Sellers are responsible for verifying the authenticity of their items before listing them.
ZenLuxe carefully vets each seller and only allows trusted, reputable businesses to list on the platform.
REFUNDS FOR COUNTERFEIT ITEMS
If an item is confirmed to be counterfeit, we’ll issue a full refund, including the return shipping costs.
Please ensure all original tags remain attached to be eligible for a return.
THIRD-PARTY AUTHENTICATION
Sellers may use experienced in-house authenticators or third-party services.
If authentication is needed after purchase, ZenLuxe will involve a trusted third-party authentication service.
REQUESTING EXTRA PHOTOS
Unfortunately, we’re unable to request extra photos or documents from sellers due to how inventory is managed.
AUTHENTICITY DISPUTES
ZenLuxe takes authenticity concerns seriously. Our team will carefully review the case and may involve a third-party authentication service.
If the item is confirmed inauthentic, a full refund will be provided. In serious cases, we may also take action against the seller, including account suspension.
