ZenLuxe does not allow any type of non-genuine products to be listed by sellers. In the unlikely event a non-genuine item is found on ZenLuxe, we will promptly take appropriate actions.
For eligible brands and models, we authenticate items with Entrupy before shipping. Once verified, a downloadable Certificate of Authenticity will be available on your order page.

Seller Verification
All sellers on ZenLuxe are carefully selected and legally bound by contract to list only genuine, authentic items.
Our seller selection process considers authenticity, quality, reliability, responsiveness among other factors.
Entrupy Authentication
Before shipping items internationally, we authenticate supported brands and models with Entrupy, at no extra charge.

Authenticity Guarantee
In the unlikely event an item is confirmed to be non-genuine, a full refund with return shipping reimbursed separately, may be arranged under our 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for any refund, please ensure all original tags the item was received with remain attached.
WHO VERIFIES THE ITEMS
While each seller is responsible for verifying their items before listing, ZenLuxe also verifies the authenticity of any eligible order.
ZenLuxe allows only trusted, reputable businesses to sell on our platform. We add an extra layer of trust by authenticating eligible items with Entrupy before shipping internationally.


THIRD-PARTY AUTHENTICATION
Sellers may use experienced in-house authenticators or third-party services.
If authentication is needed after purchase, ZenLuxe may use a trusted third-party authentication service.

REQUESTING EXTRA PHOTOS
Unfortunately, we’re unable to request extra photos or documents from sellers due to how inventory is managed.
