CERTIFICATE OF
AUTHENTICITY
After your item has been authenticated in our warehouse, a downloadable Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity will be available from your order page.
Entrupy authentications are backed by Entrupy's insurance. Valid for one year from the certification date, Entrupy will reimburse the purchase in the rare event an item has been wrongly verified as authentic.

WHAT IF AN ITEM DOES NOT PASS AUTHENTICATION?
All ZenLuxe sellers are carefully vetted and required to list only authentic items, in line with strictly enforced Japanese laws.
In the rare event an item supported by Entrupy cannot be identified as authentic, your order will be canceled and a full refund issued. The item will not be shipped to you and instead immediately returned to the seller.
You’ll receive an email confirmation, and refunds are processed within 5 business days.
HOW ABOUT ITEMS NOT SUPPORTED BY ENTRUPY?
For items not supported by Entrupy, every ZenLuxe purchase is still protected by our guarantees.
If an item is found to be inauthentic, you're eligible for a full refund, including return shipping, under our 30-day return policy.
