Only carefully selected sellers are allowed to list their items on the ZenLuxe marketplace.
Our selection process considers authenticity, quality, reliability, responsiveness as well as other factors.
Our team continuously monitors seller performance and product listings, especially from newly added sellers, to maintain marketplace standards.
If a seller no longer meets the criteria set during the selection process, their access to the platform may be reconsidered.

PRICE NEGOTIATION
All product prices are set by the sellers and are fixed. Price negotiations or offers are not available on the ZenLuxe marketplace.
WHO VERIFIES THE ITEMS
Each seller is responsible for verifying their items before listing.
ZenLuxe allows only trusted, reputable businesses to sell and adds an extra layer of security by authenticating eligible items with Entrupy once the items reach our warehouse.
Our team also checks it against the product listing to ensure accuracy before it's packed and prepared for international shipping.
